No, Ali, you're right - I can't believe it! It's been over 6 years since I started. I think if I'd known...Anyway, tis done and Seren have done me proud I have to say. The cover is gorgeous (IMHO)
And I'm delighted you can come too, Ali!
And IMHO too, it looks amazing!! And surely a perfect book for me to take on holiday, I can't wait to read it! x

Oh I am SO thrilled for you! Don't they look lovely? I have had communication from Amazon UK that my copy has been delayed - I am awaiting it with much anticipation!
Thanks Kay. I don't think the book is officially out yet. I think Amazon had the wrong publication date, and now that is passed they automatically send out these notices. I expect it will be there soon. The actual publication date, according to my publisher's website, is June 14th - although I have never been officially told this.
Ditto regarding Kay's comment and Amazon.
Anyway, it will give me plenty of time to get the new David Mitchell out of my system. Thought it was great and it has continued to haunt me after finishing it.
It must be a real thrill to see your book in print at last!
Hi Anne - it sounds like you liked the David Mitchell as much as I did. I saw him on the stage at Hay - he came over very well - no airs or pretentiousness, just plain likeable. There's supposed to be a podcast. If I come across it I'll let you know.
Yes, I'm very thrilled to see my book. I suppose with having to wait so long I appreciate it even more, and it makes me kind of glad that I did.

Thank you, Nik - and please don't worry about visiting my blog. I do this thing for myself, mainly. If I get visitors that's great too, but I'm very happy making notes to myself.
