Day off tomorrow...

Well, when I say 'off', I mean a day in my other home (the British Library in London) punctuated with lunch with my agent... in a gastropub which is very aptly called 'The Perseverance'. For some reason I am finding this endlessly amusing.

Dinner at 'The Perseverance', Holborn, at the Sign of the... Bankrupted Lawyer? The Conduited Lamb?

What do you eat at a 'gastropub?

Cheers,

JL

JL: Yes, that's the place - I love these old London Street names, sets the mind off taking little journeys all of its own.

Ha Stu - I really did have a day off today and did nothing.
