Tired
Tired, tired, tired...thinking about going down to London for the Nature Blogging Conference on Friday and wondering if I can face the five hour journey there... and the five hours back again...
And wondering too why I do things I do...the hundreds of thousands of words on this blog over the last three years, and the frantic rushing around. I suppose because I want to belong somewhere. It is what every human wants.

Some advice? Stop tearing your house apart. Take a break.
That discovery point of throwing stuff out, trashing your bathroom, and revisiting your past life is very, very difficult and distracts you from the present, or possibly vice versa.
Cool it for a while and if you have to learn how to do nothing, well, do that.
God knows I had to be forced to learn how to relax, which I viewed at the time as 'laziness'...
Yes, JL, relaxation is quite a skill - and there is such a fine line between relaxing and falling asleep. It is my dread at the end of yoga classes - as soon as I relax I find myself drifting away - and one day I shall wake on my mat with an embarrassed-looking yoga teacher beside me, the rest of the room empty.
