Much progress yesterday: two walls are now lined and insulated,
and tonight Hodmandod Senior has just wired the light-switch in place.

This is so exciting! What a wonderful little spot. I saw a newspaper item showing a similar little building in a local backyard that has been set up as a library, lined with bookshelves and equipped with easy chair and footstool - an absolute dream.
Ah, that sounds like my dream, Susan. I am planning a desk, an office chair, and then a couple of wicker chairs and table...and dreaming of sitting in there with Hodmandod Senior in the evening with a glas of wine. I don't know why this should be better than sitting in a perfectly comfortable house, but it is!
