What an amazing picture. It reminds me of those embroidery or tapestry patterns - one or two of which I have bought in my time but, sadly, mucked up. Absolutely incredible if that is really icing, such talent and patience.
Thank you Maxine, you're very kind- I have to tell you I can't do embroidery either, but icing is easy, honest! All you need is food colouring and a darned good rolling pin :-)
From the pictures of food you've posted lately (and over time), I do believe I could get fat at your house, Clare. I'm very sorry I don't live closer so I can make it to your launch party. I'll be there in spirit, though. Have a bite of cake for me!
