Resolutions
One of my resolutions for 2017 was to do more strength training. Another was to post a blog every day. Today I booked to do two classes I'd never tried before: 'Pound' and 'Body attack'. The first involves drumming, the second high intensity interval training.
There's still time to cancel.

Yup! They were both good, but I think the Pound, while fun, was not my sort of thing once we moved on to level 2. I just can't remember this stuff. Body Attack was good too, but a bit too high impact for me, perhaps.
Pound looks a bit noisy and annoying! I don't really like HOLDING things (drumsticks/glowsticks) because of the tension in my wrists. As for Attack. I half liked it but it was a bit random, you're up , you're down. But more annoying was the fact that THAT was what replaced my 33 year old Hi Energy classes when they sacked me. Les Mills is apparently gospel.
I didn't realise this had happened until last week! Huh! That's just stupid. Your aerobics class is great! In fact, I think I might try it again. Since I've lost a little weight (encouraging Hodmandod Senior in his low carb diet), I think the knees are proving more resistant.
