What kind of camera did you get?
The Panasonic DMC- G1K . It's a digital SLR. Although I've loved my little 'point-and-shoot' camera, and been very please with the quality of the photos, I've long wanted to upgrade to something with greater resolution and this has had really good reviews (and is also idiot-friendly).
Sounds perfect for a trip to China!
Nice pic, I like the crispness of the image. How are you finding it to use? Many SLR's I looked at seemed to need a Ph.D to figure out how to use them, so finding an easy one to operate would be way cool.
